From our first conversation with Proliance until our projects were completed, every step was handled in a professional manner. Our contact person was Christian. He was very professional and helpful. He was very friendly and answered ALL of our questions promptly. He kept us informed throughout each step. We appreciated his help and support throughout this process!

We were extremely pleased with the entire experience with Proliance. Rather than using the storm chasers who flocked to the area after a hailstorm, I used the public adjuster a friend who does roofing for a living recommended. Glad I did. Claudia is awesome and faught to get every cent from the insurance. The roofing crew was able to remove and replace the roof in just one day. And Christian from the office kept us informed as to what was happening all along the way. Highly recommended!

Proliance representatives have always been professional with all communication and replaced my roof after a recent horrible hail storms. Mike was excellent with meeting my special needs due to limited availability. He made sure to contact me during my available hours. Mike was also able to have Claudia come out and explain materials and benefits when I was available. Proliance was with me every step of the way to insure I upgraded my roof to a better standard. They were able to provide materials I selected to get a Class 4 protected roof so that Proliance would not have to worry about doing this job again for me anytime soon. My family and I trust Proliance to upgrade all aspects of our home. In regards to installation, Hector and his crew were very professional, proficient and efficient. They made sure to fix all problems hidden under my old damaged roof and upgrade our home to a synthetically protected, carbon footprint friendly, environmentally conscious roof. We are looking forward to having Proliance come back and improve all aspects of our home; I hope Dave can find time in his busy day to make this happen. Proliance did an amazing job seeing to it that my property was properly compensated due to storm damage. The work they did with the new siding on my house is incredible and the roof and siding on my garage is also awesome. All concerns were handled properly and I have referred them already to another homeowner in need. Arizbe was my go-to person. Very professional and made sure I was satisfied and pleased every step of the way.
